Getuk Ubi


had this yesterday for breaking fast

sempoi je nak buat...

rebus ubi kayu, kasik lenyek, pastu gaul sama kelapa parut & gula, kepal-kepalkan, celup dalam tepung and syiuuungggg...kasik masuk dalam minyak panas. bila dah kekuningan.... angkat & hidang. best eaten when hot...

1 of my dad's favourite food.
