Udin tengah kopek isi durian to make tempoyakmany people do not like tempoyak (fermented durian) as many of them have the idea that tempoyak is made from 'durian busuk' (bad/rotten durian)...
but that has never been true for my family...for years my family (mom & aunties) has made tempoyak using good durians...
that's why i'm a bit hesitated to eat kuah masak tempoyak if i eat outside. tapi if kat umah, memang gerenti tambah nasik...sebab tau dijamin 'kebersihan' durian nye...
i even eat tempoyak with nasik lemak... hehehe
owh, yeah... i love tempoyak... but NOT durian...hehehe

aku dua dua pun suke. orang yang buat tempoyak guna durian busuk...orang tu busuk hati la. kalau tempoyak dia masam...maybe la kot.
