Mak = Badariah Abu Bakar
When my youngest brother was about 3 years old (me = 17 years old), i love to tease him with this:
"udin...ni mak along.."
and I will hug my mom.
Udin's reaction?
melolong dia menangis sambil tolak-tolak kita....
"tipuuuu!!! ni mak udin...mak kak long cikgu!!!"
hahahaha...!!!

English Carnival 2009
Will be held at Kolej MARA Seremban in July 2009.
From the briefing given to us by the KMS, for me it's like a normal English Camp, but on a bigger scale. Language games (Win, Lose or Draw, Amazing "Language" Race), group cheers, songs (translate & sing 2 P.Ramlee songs) etc...
Plus, on the last day of the carnival, there will be "international" exhibitions by all the participating colleges...
for this exhibition, each college is given a "theme" and they will need to exhibit anything based on that theme. Also, they will need to wear the traditional costumes of that particular "theme"
The themes are Japanese, Indians, Chinese, Greeks, African... can't remember what the other 4 are...
KPMM = Japanese
Sou ka....hai, wakatta!!!!
(hehehehe)

The Power of Women
A close friend shared this with me recently....
"Whatever you give to woman, she will make it greater. If you give her sperm, she'll give you a baby. If you give her a house, she'll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her. So, if you give her any crap, be ready to receive a ton of shit."
Grave consequences... "akibat kubur"....????
I completed grading my students' assignments last night so this morning I put up a notice asking them to collect their assignments before 15th May 2009.
I purposely used the word "grave" in the notice as I would like to see their reactions towards that particular word...
sure enough....those who saw the notice asked me the same questions:
"miss, grave tu kan kubur. kenapa nak hantar kitorang ke kubur?"
"miss, apa kaitan akibat kubur dgn assignment kitorang?"
"apa la miss ni. Grave tu kan kubur"....
"miss, silap taip ea?"
i smiled and said this:
"Pi bukak kamus"
"Failing to do so?
Grave consequences."
